Department of Hindi Post Graduate College Bilaspur
जिला स्तरीय स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय, बिलासपुर, जिला बिलासपुर, हिमाचल प्रदेश में हिन्दी विभाग की स्थापना सन् 1952 में महाविद्यालय के प्रारंभ होने के साथ ही हुई।
महाविद्यालय में हिन्दी को ऐच्छिक विषय के रूप में पढ़ाया जाता है। इसके साथ ही कला स्नातक और वाणिज्य स्नातक के विद्यार्थियों को अनिवार्य विषय के रूप में भी हिन्दी पढ़ाई जाती है।
हिन्दी के पाठ्यक्रम में हिन्दी साहित्य के इतिहास का विवरण दिया जाता है। इसके साथ-साथ साहित्य की विभिन्न विधाओं जैसे उपन्यास, कहानी, नाटक, निबंध आदि की जानकारी भी विद्यार्थियों को प्रदान की जाती है।
हिन्दी विषय में स्नातक करने के बाद छात्र स्नातकोत्तर, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवाओं और राज्य प्रशासनिक सेवाओं की प्रतियोगी परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने के योग्य हो जाते हैं। इसके साथ-साथ छात्र पत्रकारिता, लेखन और अनुवाद व्यवसाय को भी चुन सकते हैं।
दृष्टिकोण: हिन्दी केवल भाषा और संवाद का विषय नहीं है, बल्कि यह प्रत्येक भारतीय के बीच सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक सेतु का भी कार्य करती है। हिन्दी के विद्यार्थियों को भारतीय संस्कृति से भी अवगत कराया जाता है।
उद्देश्य: हिन्दी विषय को पढ़ाने का मुख्य उद्देश्य बच्चों को बोलने, पढ़ने, लिखने के योग्य बनाना है, ताकि उन्हें व्यावहारिक व्याकरण का ज्ञान प्रदान कर उनकी सृजनात्मकता का विकास हो सके।
